The event, hosted at Hotel Dubrovnik, followed a structured agenda focusing on project objectives, work packages, and practical details. Day 1: Wednesday 13th Dec 2023
Morning Session:
- Introduction by UNIZAG FSB outlining project objectives, work plan, and collaboration tools.
- Partners' introductions, with each institution presenting its role in the project.
Afternoon Session:
- Definition of EMERGE CSA and database creation in Work Package 2.
- Toolbox development in Work Package 3, featuring presentations on objectives, tasks, and milestones for each tool.
- EMERGE Research & Innovation and Policy Laboratory overview by various partners.
Day 2: Thursday 14th Dec 2023
Morning Session:
- Discussions on dissemination, exploitation, and impact creation in Work Package 6.
- Project Management insights, including financial and administrative aspects, presented by ESEIA and UNIZAG FSB.
Afternoon Session:
- Brief overview of demonstration sites in Zagreb.
